Shipping rates for orders under $50.00 is $4.95

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy
Applies to unopened items purchased directly!

Within 30 days of shipment, for a full refund.
We'll also remit a full refund for up to three opened items, or five opened items if you purchased the full kit of 38 Bach flower essences.

* We do not accept any returns after 30 days post-shipment.
* We do not charge restocking fees.
* Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


If you need to return an item, telephone customer service at
800-474-1667 and request an RMA number or it can be done in writing at Amycohen@strongestminds.com. Explain why you wish to return the product and request your RMA. We will send instructions on sending back the merchandise. and to submit your request to our
Sales Manager.


* You must obtain an RMA# before shipping us back any item/s.
* We process all returns and send a check by mail within five business days of receiving the returned package.
